CYRENAICA, Cyrene. 37-34 BC. Æ Unit (28mm, 12.56 g, 7h). Laureate head of Apollo right, with bow and quiver over shoulder; B below chin / Dromedary standing right; [Γ] below belly. RPC I 912 (same obv. die as illustration); Asolati 145 = Triton XI, lot 540 (same dies); Müller, Afrique 391-4 var. (rev. control marks); SNG Copenhagen 1308 var. (same; same obv. die); BMC 21. Fine, dark greenish-brown patina with earthen highlights, minor obverse die flaw. Rare, particularly so with this control mark.
